Ever had one of those oops moments where you do something, then you look back and think “what the hell was I thinking?” Well, I announced the winning name of my puppy – wrong! Of course Rhaya let me know about it!
Well, I had been thinking a lot about my cat, the real Jax, and I was worried about her. I put her name in place of the puppy’s new name. The cat that normally eats anything and everything wasn’t eating well, and disappearing in the house. Plus, she showed cattitude and ignored me – ouch!
I got on the internet and finally figured out she was depressed because of the new pup. So, I’m giving her more attention and special treats while he’s not in the room. She seems to be feeling a lot better! Just think, with a little more research I could become a Cat Whisperer.
So, what is the pup’s new name? Drum roll please…his new name is Paco! Paco Taco. I know that wasn’t one of the initial choices, but the votes didn’t show a real favorite. And it fit so well, esp. for a Chihuahua since they originally come from Mexico. Plus, I love Mexican food, especially tacos!
Snoozle has gotten over her jealousy and plays with Paco every night. I don’t know what it is about daytime, but she growls at him all day, then when nighttime comes, well… you see.
